HOW TO ORDER
After checking out, simply send us a CLEAR photo of your pet. You can send the photo via Etsy Chat or by emailing us directly at tiffanylea [!at] custom-cuties.com. Before beginning the embroidery process, we will check back with you to make sure everything looks good (please note, our professional digitizer allows up to 1 adjustment per order).
OPTIONAL PERSONALIZATION
Add a name or initials to the sleeve or below your stitched pet design for an additional $8. Use the personalization box to type out the name exactly as you would like it stitched. CARE
It is advisable to machine wash cold with the garment turned inside out. Using warm or hot water may cause minimal shrinkage. Hang garment to dry and avoid washing it with items that may snag the embroidery.
PROCESSING TIMES
Everything in our shop is made to order and carefully shipped from Myerstown, Pa. Please allow 7-10 days production time. This helps to reduce waste and ensures the quality of each piece.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Custom & Personalized Items: Due to the nature of custom embroidery, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items, including custom pet embroidery and made-to-order designs. Each piece is carefully crafted based on your specifications, making it uniquely yours!
Non-Custom Items: For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
